The Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, formerly known as the Cassius Carter Centre Stage, is a 250-seat in-the-round theater was built in 2009. With no seat more than five rows from the stage, you will enjoy world class theatre in an intimate environment, that Globe audiences have cherished for years.
Actors use the descending steps to enter the stage, the same way the audience does to get to their seats. With this and the theatres blank slate of a stage, the creative team can use the theatre differently for each production. The Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre is a state-of-the-art arena stage designed with superior acoustics and production capabilities.
The Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre is also a part of the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center and houses the Karen and Donald Cohn Education Center.
