Our third annual Lunar New Year AXIS event will take place on Saturday, February 10 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The Old Globe! This family-friendly event will celebrate the start of the Year of the Dragon with cultural performances by local guest artists, music, arts and crafts, delicious food by local vendors, and more!

Starting at 3:00 p.m., enjoy fun attractions for all ages on the Plaza, including local vendors, arts & crafts, and a food truck. Performances will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the Lowell Davies Festival Theatre.

4:00 p.m.: Welcome!
4:02 p.m.: Dragon dance by Three Treasures
4:12 p.m.: Hat dance performance by Lac Hong students
4:17 p.m.: Hip-hop dance performance by Lac Hong students
4:22 p.m.: Traditional/pop Vietnamese songs by Nhu Y Nguyen
4:37 p.m.: Music performance by The Tom Sisters
4:53 p.m.: Traditional/pop Korean songs by Sharon Choi
5:08 p.m.: Dance presentation by Samahan Arts
5:18 p.m.: Lion dance by Three Treasures
5:30 p.m.: Event ends

Although offered for free, general admission tickets are required.
